Hey guys, I have what seems like fuzz or snow on my NBA Jam arcade. I tried adjusting is out with no luck, anyone have any advice for me? Here is a clip of the problem that I posted on Youtube and a pic.

i had a monitor do this to me when i had it hooked up to my test rig... and i took my jumper cables( what i use to discharge these things) and just hooked one end to the monitor and one end to my test rig to ground them together and it make my picture all fuzzed out like that...

What kind of monitor is this? If you disconnect the video connector, do you still see the "fuzz"?

I disconnected the video cable and the fuzz goes away. I think it might be a problem with the pcb board. Just took another look and the red light that has "DS2" next to it is illuminated. Looking at the manual now to see if there's a fix for that.

Do you have another board you could throw in there to check the monitor/power supply/wiring?

Not sure what DS2 refers to, or whether it should be lit or not...

What kind of monitor is it?

I had some similar video noise in my Smash TV cabinet with a K7000. Problem was that the video ground wire had broken off right near the plug.

All of the ground wires look okay as far as i can tell. I do not have another board, but i do have another 25 inch monitor, I guess that is the next step to try.

Okay, so I tried it on another wg monitor, and the problem persisted. I switched back to the original wg, and the fuzz was gone. I imagine that one of the ground wires, which one of the above posters mentioned, was toggled and that is what fixed it. Thanks for all the help.
