Hey guys, I got a WG D9500 monitor to use in one of my games and almost all the features on the little push button control panel work great. I say almost because only the tilt feature doesn't seem to work at all. I wonder if anyone else has this monitor and is experiencing the same thing, was tilt control in the config menu but never actually enabled or does my monitor have some sort of fault?

I think theres a two pin wire harness that comes from close to where the yoke meets the tube. A red wire and a black wire. That connector might be plugged into the wrong spot on the board or unplugged altogether.

Ok, I took some pics, the first pic does shows red and gray wires from near the yoke going to the flyback, they seem connected ok. I included the other pics in case anyone sees something I don't, but it doesn't seem like there are cables not connected. Is it possible that some revisions of the monitor don't support tilt?

DOH! Dyslexia musta kicked in. I read D9200. I'm not familiar with the 9500.

Can you post more pictures of the chassis?

That looks more like a D7700 than a D9500.

For a D9500, I don't see the VGA d-sub connector and the .156 header is in the wrong spot.

Edit: second post, second pic, right side says "PD197700" which is D7700.

Thanks for noticing that. It was sold on ebay as a D9500 so definitely annoying that it's not, although at the end of the day it does give a great picture. Do D7700's not support the tilt feature?

homerecsupplycom? About 1.5 months ago?

They did the same thing to me too.

Took 30days to get them to take the pair back and send me the correct ones.

It was painful.

Of the D7700s they sent me, one the yoke rings were loose and the other had light burn. I wasn't keeping them. I also have an operator near me selling 19 CGA for way less than this guy was selling for.

I was thinking of leaving neutral feedback, but I should neg'em for you and me.

Yeah it was them. I mostly wanted a clean zero burn crt for my precious Road Blasters and I got that so it's not the end of the world I suppose. But false advertising is really annoying :(
