Wells Gardner D9200 Monitor chassis Untested

I have a Wells Gardner D9200 chassis, I bought this off ebay as working but have no way to test, So its being sold as untested. The chassis comes with the yoke rings and the monitor card with cable that gose to the chassis this let's make adjustments.
