Wells Gardner 25 K7401 Not Powering On - Clicking Noises

OK, I went ahead and powered the monitor on and stuck my head in there to hear it better. The clicking is not coming from the flyback, it is coming from a yellow transformer. The transformer is T101 053X0631-001 TFMR SMPS (actual transformer reads 53X0649-001 CORE 9726). Is it bad that the numbers don't match? Should I replace the transformer since it is clicking? I was going to test U101, but couldn't get in there safe. It has to be powered on, right? I will have to remove the entire monitor so I can test. Or do I not need to have the tube connected?
Thanks!

hot's

Your Hot will be mounted vertically on the metal part that kinda separates the flyback on the bd..it will have a little bolt with a nut you have to remove before you desolder it ..its a large transistor, dont worry about testing it, just replace it.. I cant remember the number on these.. Its been a while since I was in the arcade business and had to work on these monitors in cruisin worlds, offroad challenges, etc.

I already replaced the HOT Q704. The yellow transformer T101 is clicking, not the flyback. Can I test U101 without the tube connected? It is hard to get to with the tester. If not, I will have to remove the entire monitor from the cab so I can get to it easier.
