I bought a Wei-Ya 825HR4 Chassis for this monitor and Amercicanized it, per Ken's Instuctions and part numbers.

Question I have is on the RGB Video Conection. I know were the Red Green and Blue go. But I also have a 2 pin Black and White wire that goes on the same connection.

Which way does it go on the Wei-YA board? The Wei-Ya board is marked R,G,B,E_S.
Does Black go on the S connection.

Black (ground) goes on the E (earth) connection.

White (sync) goes on the S (sync) connection...

Ok Now for The 4 wires coming from the Monitor Yoke Red,Blue,Brown and Yellow.

On the Wei-Ya Chassis there are 2 spots side by side. All they say is V on one end, and H on the other. Which way does the 4 wires go on the Board? Also does it matter what slot i hook them up in?

Ok the 4 wires would only go on one way.

I got a upside down to my Right picture. Very unstable, evan after all the remote board fiddling.

Any Idea's?

Try plugging the yoke connector into the other set of pins. Turn the power off before plugging/unplugging anything.

Remember, one set of the pins gives a normal picture and the other set flips the picture upside down and backwards for viewing off of a mirror.

Put the 4 yoke wires on the other posts. And the Picture is right side up and centered.

The only problem is i cant get a steady picture? Super finicky and nothing i adjust helps.

Could the Sync wire and Earth wire be mixed up. Black and White from the Game?

Pins from left to right:
RED, GREEN, BLUE, GROUND, +V SYNC, +H SYNC // GROUND, -V SYNC, -H SYNC

Are you sure what sync you need?
Might try hooking both -V & -H sync together. Some arcade boards require that.
Or maybe you need a positive sync? Just don't ground the sync when trying different configurations.

My old Chassis K7193 had -H Sync hooked up to it from the Neo Geo Board.

Ken said boards like Wei-Ya only do Composite Negative Sync.

Which means I need to tie in -V Sync with the -H Sync I allready have?

So does a Neo Geo PCB have -H Sync? Or Comp neg sync ?

OK I got a Picture.

But the Picture is not centered, to far to the right. Off Center.

Tried adjusting it as far left as it would go, but it didnt help.

Am I missing some adjustment to get it to the left and centered?

According to the schematic I have, these are the adjustments:

VR301 is marked H Posi (horizontal position). I think this control is on the main board not on the remote.

VR4 is marked H Hold (horizontal hold). I think this is on the remote board.

VR2 is marked H Width (horizontal width). I think this is on the remote board.

Probably VR301 is what you want, but remember, all three of these controls can interact with each other so you may need to fiddle around.
