Bought a point blank 2 cab with a crap 7400 in it. It originally had tons of squiggly lines in it, which turned out to be a bad power supply. It now gives a clear picture bu almost no red. The neckboard had practically disintegrated so I bought a replacement neckboard and fired it up. Green and blue comes in clearly, but red is still faint. Adjusting the gain and bias doesn't change anything but the overall color saturation. In other words I can make the screen itself a red tint but cannot make the red objects in the game any brighter. Is this just a cap kit needed or is there anything else I should be looking at? The neckboard is a repaired replacement, which I had hoped would eliminate any color ssues (it has all new transistors and reinforced legs). Any help is appreciated.

i have had similar problems like yours.

the fix for me was that it wasn't getting a proper signal form the game PCB.

make sure the wire is not broke or damaged/corroded in any way and that the pins are making good contact.
