Well folks, I went and sold a cheesy revolver and an old SMLE (1918) rifle today at a gun shop. The money is now in my hands for my Star Trek cockpit. I am calling Rlevin tomorrow with payment (I sent you a pm Rlevin, I know you get a bunch). Not sure how the shipping is going to work as far as how long it will take from pickup to delivery. Now Rlevin really went to bat for me and got a really decent price. The shipping company said they will be able to deliver it to my place of employ since we have a forklift at work, hence I won't have to drive to Baltimore to pick up the unit. This is much more than a game to me, this game symbolizes freedom at a hard time in my life. I can't thank you all enough, and Rlevin, for a dream coming true that I never thought would. I thank you all.

Great news N.....be sure to share pix of your new investment when it gets settled in. The monitor works, right?

Keep a fire extinguisher handy as I'm sure you've read up on those Sega XY monitors. Great game though...enjoy.

Congrats! I'm glad Dale was able to hook you up... I figured he could with that massive inventory he has. Please make sure to post some pics...

Edit: Post extra pictures for Havok to drool over. :)

It seems like for the most part if you're okay with his price, pay promptly and aren't a dick about things (not calling out anyone, just saying things seem to go downhill fast if people get testy about a transaction) he's an ok guy to do business with. He's certainly dealt with a lot of abuse here without losing his cool too frequently, especially in the last 6 months or so. Actually been meaning to ping him about an MK board he's got up on the bay to make sure the auction includes the pictured sound board/cables and see if he's got an unpopulated SFIICE cut corner kicking around the shop.

And congrats on finally sourcing your star trek, I know I've seen you post about really wanting one.

Wow - not bad. You are tempting me big time. If I was within driving distance I would just hop in the minivan and be there. What kind of price would I be looking at to ship to Albany, NY - business with a loading dock, or could do shipping to Albany International Airport?

Should be around 150.00 plus a 45.00 pallet fee. We hve to make a pallet for this one. I got the trucking company to reclass it to class 80 instead of 125 since it is a captains chair so it is a lower cost.
