My captain's chair is here. Had to offload it from my F-150 by myself, it was more awkward than heavy. Unfortunately I left my camera down at Tom's Cove (came back to take delivery of "The Chair") although I will have pictures of what games they have down there now (most of them don't seem to work) and pics of where my game use to be all those years ago. But I will get pics asap. As some of you know I have to come back Thursday night to work Friday and will try to post then. The cab is in better shape then I thought it would be although I have a fair amount of cleaning to do. Kudos to Dave and his team at Chattanooga Pinball. The shipping guys that received my game at work said they have never seen a better packing job on anything. I don't care what has happened to other people with Rlevin. He has made a twenty year old dream come true for me. He could have made a lot more money then he did but he did it. Thank you and pics to come soon.

What a way to ruin a guy's reputation.

RLEVIN, this guy is accusing you of being nice and charitable.

You gonna take that from him? :fight:

.

it was a great idea to finally post on the forum. Good things do happen to people on here.

congrats.

awaiting pics too

Great!! Now we need those pics!!

When I started hunting for a ST it was always going to be the chair and not he UR.

Can someone please tell me how the hell the canopy mounts to this unit(on the chair)? As far as the plastic, can you use bondo to fill scratches and then paint with Krylon fusion? I am sure I will think of others to ask...

do not use kyrlon fusion it sucks for plastics use sem or color bond brand paints
the fusion paint will flake off after time and can actually dry out the plastics causing it to break down

here is what fusion does to plastic over time

i ahve done auto and small aircraft custom interior's for about 8 years and have seen many cars that have been painted with that fusin paint and they always look like the above pic
we used the sem or color bond brands because they actually bond/dye the plastics instead of just covering it up

you can find the sem and color bond paints in pre mixed spray cans or custom match for spray guns at your local auto piant suply store
