Finally! A game that I want at a price I can handle. Picked up a Turbo upright for $100 locally. Didn't work, guy said he thought it "might be the power supply." Turns out the COM wasn't connected to the +5v switcher. Game fired up after attaching that. After some more mucking about, it stopped working, but reseating the connectors brought it back. It needs a lot of cleaning, and there's some goofy stuff with the sound, but I can handle that.

Good game! Take some tele wool to that steering wheel and that rust will come right off!

Thank you for the tip! Although I picked this up thinking I wouldn't get very involved in the cosmetic resto, it does actually work now and all of the pieces are there. Even the emblem on the shifter is the most intact I've seen, although that's not saying much.
