Ok, so I was rebuilding a power supply that came out of my tron. It I finished except for the two big resistors on the heat sink. After hooking it back up I would get a loud hum in the attract mode. Once you coin up it's fine. I tried adjusting the voltages, but now I can't seem to get the pots to work and the +5 is stuck at around around 6.3 and the +12 at around 13.4..I've tried moving each pot to the max in each direction w no change. Any idea what I screwed up here?

EDIT: I noticed when I accidently touched one of the transistor legs at Q012 with the multi meter lead the hum would go away, but when I took the pressure off it, the sound would come back again. I tried replacing it with the original, but the sound was still there.

pics would help here. I suspect the resistors have something to do with the voltage issue but not the sound issue. The sound issue is something different and what leg of transistor you touched might help come up with a solution 4 U. I would say adding a cap might stop that sound problem. *Hint: when you touched with your finger you added capacitance and resistance.
