weak flipper

From my experience:
-mechanical hang up, check the plunger, coil stop and sleeves, also check that there is the tiniest bit of "up/down" play with the flipper bat.
-power hang up, check the EOS and cabinet flipper switches, make sure they are making good contact and are adjusted correctly
Past this, it could be something in the circuit, so more specifics might be needed, like which game etc.
 
Dirty coil sleeve, worn plunger link, cracked bushing, flipper dragging, wrong coil, dirty/poorly adjusted end of stroke switch, dirty flipper button contacts...
