Ways to fund our arcade collecting obsession?

for me I only buy in lots, I do minimal work if any to the things I dont want and resell them. Usually I get 3-5 games at a time and keep 1 and resell the rest. Sometimes I lose a little money, sometimes I make a little money..but I get to keep the game. also my wife loves selling stuff so she helps which is nice :)

Part time Porn actor, Porn producer and Host to porn shoots in the arcade.

The down side is I am always cleaning the nose smudges off the pinball playfield glass...

Couldn't you combine that with sperm donation to get even more cabs?

as far as how i fund, i buy cheaply, get stuff for free when i can, and beg the wife the rest of the time.

Taking into account that all the games i'm currently restoring are on the rare/expensive side, i fall back on the one thing that has always funded these restorations: Scrapping junk and jamma machines that aren't worth a shit to me.

How I got most my games is I bought alot nonworking for $50-$150 , fix them and either keep it because I want it or sell it for like $350-$450 and buy a working game I want . And I have gotten lucky many times on craigslist and have gotten some games really cheap , like my AD for $100 and MsPac for $250 .

I used to have the shower web cam... :) But now I'm thinking about selling a kidney...

I dunno. Hospital Surgery Cams don't bring in as much...

...don't ask me how I know.

Instead of hoarding games in the beginning...hoard your money or make sure you save..Make lots of contacts in the hobby...vendors..other collectors..garage sales..craiglists..word of mouth...when the economy hits the shitter...people will come to you looking to sell..you buy low..sell high..and always have money in hand to make the seller more likely to let something go on the spot..that is how you get a lot for nothing..or you can hope you luck out and hit the lottery or are rich like a few in the hobby...I'm by no means rich but consider my collection to have a lot of high end items if I really decided to sell..so patience and good financial sense can get you a nice collection.
