lol

well just got my full rubber kit and 100 new bulbs for my sea hunt pinball

so im ready to finish the resto and once done i dont plan on opening up the playfrild untill the next time i need to clean

my ? is
i used millwax to clean and wax the playfeild when i first got the pin but now after a week of play the playfeild looks dry and dingy again

is there somthing you guy can reccomend to use to get this hand painted wood playfeild to be slick and shiny (i want this game to play as fast as possible)

anyone ever use any automotive wax the local guy i deal with says that he uses auto wax instead of millwax just because its usually cheaper and easy to just drive up to the store and buy will the auto wax stilkl be safe for the hand painted playfeild

Millwax isn't actually wax. A lot of the 'wax' at Wal Mart, Autozone, etc.. is also not wax, or far from pure. You ideally want pure carnauba wax. Best (according to the majority of pin-heads) to use Novus 2 to clean, then pure carnauba wax.

A lot of places say NOT to use millwax.

After cleaning it, I use this.

my dad swears buy that crap maguires sells in the red spray bottle he has only washed his car like 2 times all he does is every day when he gets home he wipes his car down with the stuff and his car looks better than the day it was deliverd to the showroom lol

I'm getting ready to wax mine Would Carbrite Easi Off Pure carnuba be OK it says cleaner free but does have a few ingredients like ethanol.

I have had good results using CP-100 to clean and then SC Johnson Floor Wax (as recommended at Marvin3M). The only problem with the Johnson wax is I remember hearing about it going out of production a few years back. If anyone needs some there is a hardware store here that has a few cans left.
