LMAO!!! I think that's a pretty funny video! Good job, Todd! Too bad quite a few people mised the part where you stated that they were JUNK games.

For all you people bashing Todd over this, let me ask: Have you ever gutted a game and then trashed the cab? Have you ever trashed any parts that were junk to you? If so, then I guess being hypocritical is also justifiable, right? Geez, get over yourselves, people.

Harsh? Yup. Then again, I don't have a stick up my ass and can understand the humor in it. Junk games are beyond repair. They get trashed. So what? I didn't see any "very rare, highly collectible" games being tossed. The only games I saw tossed were ones that had high production numbers. Do you really think that Todd is the only one to trash a Tempest? Or a SF Pin? If so, then people must be quite blissful since ignorance is bliss.

They are JUNK games people....CHILL OUT! I think it's funny people are comparing these machines to people or pets...I mean come on really?? They wer basket cases of machines. Todd is in the business of selling games, so he wouldn't toss a good restorable machine off a roof. Todd has repaired/saved more machines than ANYONE on this forum, so let him have his fun with the scraps. I don't blame him for not giving these machines away...lots of guys in this hobby are tools...they would ask him to hold it, ask 50 questions about it, then bitch about the condition of it, when they did get it.

Todd you probably could have got off easier just saying "Fuck You" to our faces. To post this here feels like you are doing just that as we take pride in our games and spend a great deal of time and money, which most of us don't have allot of like you. The tempest may have been junk to you but the cab looked ok, it had a control panel, smoked bezel, marquee, coin door and i did see a monitor flop out so there was no excuse for it. Not just the tempes, there were also other machines that some people would be gladly to take and use on a machine that parts are no longer made for

I don't think this is good advertising. Would you buy a car from a dealership that was throwing cars off their roof? Ultimately the message that this sends is: "we have so much of this crap, we throw it off our roof!" The average viewer might think to themselves: "Wow, I bet I can get a rock bottom price from those guys if they're just throwing machines away!", which is probably not what a retailer wants to advertise.

Each of those machines had plenty of good parts on them whether the cabs were junk or not. Todd I've bought parts from you and been happy with them. I just don't enjoy seeing potential restorations smashed and good hard to find parts wasted.

I suggest you rent a HUGE warehouse near you and buy every game you can " to save them" from brutes like me!! It would have made a better, funnier video to have him place them outside with giant "FREE" signs on them and just film the people coming and taking them. Maybe an elapsed clock at the bottom of the screen and some good music and you've got a good video.

After being in this, as a hobbiest/collector for 10+ years, I think it's amusing. He's probably given away 100s of games to collectors.. I remember the old RGVAC posts - "XXXXX" games, left out on the loading dock, come pick up for free. He's done more for the hobby than anyone here complaining realizes..
