An arcade junky during the late 70s to early 80s. Got married in mid 80's and rarely played arcades after that. Did\do some PC gaming, but always remember the uprights. Currently a CIO in the Seattle area with lots of different tech interests and hobbies...

Ran into my favorite arcade game, Missile command in an arcade in Bend, OR a few years back and looked a little to see if owning one was a possibility. Messaged Tony Temple last week after accidentally stumbling across a 2018 YouTube video of him talking about the development of the game. He pointed me here!

Now I'm on a quest to have a decent enough Missile Command cabinet to have in my home office to replace the crappy Arcade1Up Atari version that I bought over the winter that has just made me want a real one even more!

Welcome! It always starts with just one game. For me it was Galaga + 1942. Picked them up thinking oh this will complete my hangout room / shop. 1 year later I have about 20 games.
Once you get to know a few of the guys in this area (250 mile radius) you'll get a Missle Command before you know it.

Welcome. I just picked up a MC last December that was only 5 miles away, so finding one local is possible. Keep checking the for sale forum here. Once you do find one, make sure you have some extra space because before you know it you'll be looking for that other game you used to play

I already have a second one in mind. Of course I'm probably fooling myself by thinking I will only want 2
