Washed out K7500

'ello, I've got what I believe to be a K7500 (Wells 2575) out of a California Speed that has a fairly washed out picture. Adjusting the brightness on the flyback only made it worse. Pics attached of the screen, but I did notice some toastyness and traces that were starting to come up on the neckbard in an area I highlighted.

New neckboard and a cap kit?

that's normal wear for that chassis.

recap it and reinforce the traces on the neck board.

check the tube with a tube tester the tubes are crap that came with those models.

the flybacks were crap on those models as well, you may want to consider replacing it also.
