am just on the case of mine.i have completely had to strip off the old art as it was proper rusty in parts,no amount of touch up would have sufficed.i have nitromorsed mine and sanded the metal to get rid of blemishs, you dont realise how rusty it is till you remove the paint, once you do that the more you sand it the more you will see how the years and rust have got to work on the steel.
i have ordered primer but,i am in two minds what to do with painting!
dont know whether to get a complete wrap overlay but, only place i have seen them is arcadeshop and i am in uk and i dont have credit card,so the only alternative now is the art overlay, its just the art (all the squares etc around the button area) but,if i choose to go with a textured finish then surely the overlay might not look right round the edges????
so i dont know whther to go with a sating finish in smooth or get hammered.being in uk is pretty shi**y as getting rustoleum appliance paint in black is a nogoer by the looks of things.
theres a thread here that covers atseroids cp,i bookm arked it for reference.

was hoping to try to have textured finish but, taking into account the fact i will have to settle for the art overlay i think i will probably go with satin black smooth rustoleum,i wont be too bothered about not having the original texture,i aint a purist.
but,i got some time so i dont want to be too hasty and am still pondering on the options.
but,yes arcadeshop has the full wrap overlay thats pretty rated.
