Can someone please help me out to try and determine what voltages these connections to my power supply are pulling.
I know I can use a newer power supply, but I really didn't want to just trash this one being its brand new.
Was looking for a voltage breakdown for it.
This power supply is from a Pacmania.
Theirs nowhere in the manual that breaks these connections down.
Any help would be appreciated.

What about this resistor on the circled picture and in the photographs?
Does this have to be wired up or no?

Didn't see that page in the manual.
Feel like a dumbass.

Don't.

The lesson is that Atari's documentation (for the 70s and most of the 80s) is very good. If you can't find what you're looking for, look again--it's probably there. :)

I'd wire it up.

My guess as to why it's there is to provide some load to the (switching) 12V power supply. The 5V line must either be designed differently, or is assumed that the PCB always pulls a fair amount of current. However, I'd expect the 12V line is used almost exclusively for audio amplification. When there's no sound, the amp may pull very little current. The 50ohm resistor will ensure that the 12V supply is always providing at least 240mA. Bottom line: if you're using the original supply, I'd leave that resistor in circuit. If you're using a replacement supply... it MIGHT be OK to leave it off.
