\'Was Buy It Now\' online
eBay doesn't want to show it to you--but Auction Ace does!
When a seller lists an item and puts a buy-it-now price, the buy-it-now price disappears (is no longer valid) when (1) at least one bidder has bid on the item but doesn't buy-it-now, and (2) there is no reserve on an item or if there is a reserve on the item, the reserve has been met.
The BuyItNow price gives you some idea of what value the seller might have put on an item. It isn't fair that the first bidder knows what the seller knows and you don't. So we give it to you.
In each category browse reports (ie: for each member in the Ace Ace system, or in community reports like http://www.ace.com/iam/browsecoinop.php we list each current buy-it-now listing with a bold-faced 'BuyItNow: $123' tag under the current bid price.
When the listing no longer shows a BuyItNow price, but used to, we give you the price as a bold-faced 'Was BuyItNow: $123'.
Neat uh?
I have some other things like that (extra info you can't find on eBay) coming soon.
