Warzaid No Signal

Hello All,,
I am currently working on a Warzaid 2 player dedicated cab. It powers up all the led lights by the edge connectors are lit up. I am getting a no signal on the monitor. I checked the wiring from both harnesses and everything tested good. I am wondering if the CF is bad. IF so where can I get another copy? or download? Plus side the no signal on the monitor looked good across all the colors it flashes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Did a search and no issues like mine.

I will give them a more through look. I didnt notice any. I think they had a sale on screws when they put that board together.

Caps looked good no swelling or leaking. Voltage from power supply is good. Are the CF cards available anywhere?

CF card or not, I think you should have some video signal. what are those fuses for on the side?

The fuses go to those 2 red wires on that upper plug. Getting 5.5 volts at those 2 red wires on that connector.
