Warning The Pinball Company AKA Nic Parks

him writing a cheque would have been a given being that it's a company, he should have given a certified cheque though. if a buyer got rude with me i would have told him to pound sand , gave deposit back and waited on another buyer. Nic is not the pinball rockstar at pinside like he thinks he is, he's a d-bag there also.

If the approved payment method wasn't carried out, the product or item would have not left my possession.

People don't pay me enough to scream out me. I would have refunded the deposit and kicked the employee out. If I was in business, I would have treated this transaction as a business transaction.

Since you accepted payment and product has left the building, you are obligated to send him back the 300 deposit no matter what kind of person he is.

For your own sanity sake, I would avoid dealing with him in the future. Collecting buying and selling in your hobby should be fun and not drama ridden.
