A while back I found a Warlords cocktail that I ended up getting for free. I had no idea if it worked or not (first picture is exactly how I found it - with a monitor sitting on top of it).
I got it home and plugged it in - and amazingly it worked. I have included some pics of the game when I got it home.
I stripped all the metal parts off - and got them powder coated. I put the machine back together and then removed the control panels. Picked up some cpos from Phoenix Arcade and today got around to putting them on. There were a few other things that I needed to fix as well - but here are some pics - before and after... looks pretty sweet now...

Wow - it came out really good. Congrats!

Is that a repro top glass?
 
jealous! that's in awesome shape. i want one of these someday, but it's on the 'when i have more people that come over and play games priority'.
