warehouse raid in texas

...

newbie mistakes were done here.
i would have bought all the stuff i wanted before posting this info.
worry about recouping later, whenever you post stuff like this there is bound to be trouble.
i have found this out first hand years ago.

I finally tracked down this operator last week in the D/FW area. He is going to be unavailable for the holidays. His prices (especially on pins) are much better than the OP has led us to believe so I am sure some deals will be had. He seems ready to sell on some stuff.

JUST TO BE CLEAR:
DC2010 shared NO INFORMATION with me about this person.

If it is even the same operator (which will not be clear until I go there). I found him on my own.

You must have very poor reading comprehension skills. This thread when read in it's entirety sez nothing of the kind. And again you seem to have missed the most important point. DC2010 gave me NO INFORMATION!

He has poor reading comprehension???????? Seems like he is not the only one then.

You sad it sez nothing of the kind and I was showing that it did. You can say he exaggerated but you cant say it said "nothing" of the kind.

The Vulture of KLOV

I don't think you can say I exaggerated anything.

There doesn't seem to be any huge mysteries in that sentence to me.

I don't think any insults are going to cloud the meaning of the sentence either.

Like I said, I don't have any personal feelings about this, I don't know the people involved.

But I can tell you that if I ever run across a deal like this warehouse thing, I'm not posting it on this website until it's a done deal.

And that's all I have to say about it.

I've seen enough people get completely screwed on this sort of thing here over the years that if I tripped across a warehouse/operator/nice little cache of games I wouldn't tell anyone anything until I had made my decision, purchased what I wanted, the building had been emptied and burned to the ground. It's not just the flippers/retailers by any stretch, a lot of the so-called "hobbyist/collector" set will pull all kinds of hinky shit if given the slightest opportunity. Not necessarily saying anyone in this thread falls into the latter category, I don't want to get anywhere near the drama/bullshit, just saying don't trust anyone when it comes to this kind of find.

I'd still like a really cheap Tetris cocktail in a cab that doesn't have vertical control panels....

I pm'd DC on a couple things I was interested in.. I personally don't mind him making a buck if he was grabbing it and shipping to me. I always have the choice to pay or decline.

Screw all the drama. Nice find! If I were closer I'd want a Ms. Pac cocktail. I'm assuming it would cost me 3 bills just to have it shipped.

I went on a warehouse raid today. Over 200 new/used pins and cade's...somewhere in North America. Thats all I will say. Good luck.

I'm still interested in a Missile Command cabaret if it ends-up being available, give or take the price of course and a means of getting it back to Missouri. :)
