Found this thread funny so I had to give me 2 cents. I have learned over the many years of being a member of this forum that most, if not all members, bring out their hidden douchebaggery talents when it comes to buying games. I'm not sure why but it seems true.

All along making it clear I was only interested in a few pieces and none of the pinball machine.

Your personal attacks on me and the fact that you are the one who has tried to be a middle man for maximum profit here speaks volumes to your character.

(Ironically enough the only dealings I have had with DC2010 before this was when I gave him a FREE Pepsi machine he inquired about from this forum)

Darren called me the day he visited the warehouse and I have let him know what I'm interested in. Being respectful, I am patiently waiting for DC and the seller to work together after the holidays. I also realize that other KLOVers have and are doing the same.

Trust me I know how to use a phone and do google searches.

I have to admit I'm a little disgusted (but not surprised) that someone would try and sneak in front of so many of us, just to ensure they get what they want.

Who would have thought that posting information on a possible warehouse deal on a public hobby forum could end up working against you?!

1) Go to bank.
2) Pull out thousands upon thousands of dollars (or loan it).
3) Buy everything you can afford and think will sell.
4) Sell things for whatever you damn well please.

THEN you have earned your commission, by sitting on inventory until it sells for what it's actually worth, and risking your own moolah. Now you're a reseller, congratulations.

I hardly ever post i just have to say out of the blue i give Darren (dc2010) a phone call i inquired about some of the machines up for sale he took time out of his day to let me know all the information i needed to estimate what the games would cost. Never did i sense that he was out for personal gain as a matter of fact he expressed how he wanted to keep it local to the collectors in the area its guys like him that keep me optimistic of this hobby that we love as a matter of fact we started in on a conversation about playchoice 10 and we worked out a trade where he will trade me a mint in the box cartridge just so that i can have the marquee that comes along with it and ill be trading a average title to him he was glad that i wanted a marquee for my playchoice 10 and that he could make it happen all i can say what a stand-up guy!!!!!!! I have never met you perfidious but all i can say is that Darren can be a better friend than an enemy

Here's my solution.

1. Let DC get the games that he wants and let him sell them for the price he wants (after all, he did find the warehouse).

2. Perf, you probably ought to stay out of this one until DC has gotten what he wants. I'd consider myself on good terms with you and would like to stay that way, but (from what I can tell at least) I think you ought to back out of this for just a bit.

3. Next, DC (after getting first choice) should release the contact info for the warehouse here to forum members who are interested. That way, everyone can benefit.

4. Finally, we all can be friends again.

Seriously guys, let's calm down a bit. We are all in this hobby together. We are all here to have a good time and chat about arcade games. No need to get worked up over a couple of machines; there will always be more.

I had to go back and read all this crap to even remember the whole thing because I had forgotten already...

The real foul in the dispute between Tronic and I is when he cross posted a thread for someone offering the same item as me for sale(against KLOV rules). Then tried to claim he just wanted to help me out and let me know that another run was going to happen of this artwork and maybe I should lower my price(all of which i still have in prvt msgs).
It was all just sour grapes over him not wanting to pay my asking price for the MB art that he inquired about.

The "Lie" he refers to was a post I made accusing him of adding malicious tags to my thread and the other FS thread which I asked a mod to remove (and he did). I honestly can not prove he made the tags but the evidence is strongly weighted in my favor.

Then, you posted that you had figured exactly what warehouse, and are now going to grab the games out from under DC2010. You said that you have to do this because DC2010 is trying to cheat everyone.

Then you said you have to swoop in there and get the games because DC2010 isn't interested in moving on this deal.

Now you say you "found him on your own".

I think a lot of people are going to draw the conclusion that you are using the information that you got from DC2010 for your own benefit and trying to justify it by bad-mouthing him.

That's the way the thread reads to me, in my humble opinion.
