Buyer Beware. Check here.
After fighting a monsoon yesterday, I was able to finish up a haul that took a couple of weeks to coordinate.
Not alot of pics taken, but enough to get the jist of it. I'll be grabbing bteter pics during the restore process. Most of them were covered in dirt and other "shit"...both rodent and racoon. When I got them unloaded, I had to quickly "arrange" them in the garage so the Mrs. thinks that only 4 new ones came home, rather than the 10 that arrived. Hopefully they blended well.
First location, I pulled:
Baby Pac
Q*bert
Tron
Gorf mini
Satan's Hollow
Star Wars Trilogy (U/R)
Qix - in gray Taito cab
Tron cocktail
All are mostly complete, minus the monitor in the Gorf mini and the boardset in the Qbert. I had been to this place several times and missed the Qix and the Tron CT until this last visit. The owner was nice enough to let me swap my original DK jr purchase for the Qix. The Tron cocktail was 30 feet up on a shelf. I just happened to catch a glimpse of the cp when I was climbing around trying to get a good look at the Qix.
The Qix cab is horrible and falling apart. It will definitely need a donor cab. However, everything looks solid both on and inside the cab. The Tron cocktail is in really nice shape. The only thing missing is the 4 glass brackets that holds down the glass. One of the cpos could use a replacement, but that's about it. The glass underlay is perfect. (pics coming).
The Tron upright has cab damage on the right side and will likely need a donor as well. It was damaged taking it off of a rack, 20 feet up.
Everything else is about the same...dirty as hell and needs some TLC. The Star Wars Trilogy is working, just needs some cosmetic love.
Second location was a much smaller haul, but decent, nonetheless. It yeilded:
Ghost n Goblins
Mad Planets
Ghost n Goblins is dirty and untested. The Mad Planets is really clean, but has a display problem. I don't expect it to be a difficult fix.
Some pics were taken in the moving truck and some in the garage. It was late and I was pressed for time, so I'll apologize ahead of time for the crappy picture quality.
Pics are here, enjoy!
