Wanted: Williams Varkon & Inferno

Wow, good luck on finding those, two of the rarest pieces out there. I sold a beautiful restored Varkon about a year ago for $3,500 via private sale and had several people people willing to buy it if the first guy passed.

Bret Pehrson had 2 Inferno's and was offering one for sale in 2006, http://www.classicade.com. I don't recall the price, but it was pretty high, maybe $5,000 or so? You could find it on the rec.games.video.arcade.collecting newsgroup. It was in Las Vegas. Maybe you could go there and win a bunch of money and buy it. :)

I know of another Varkon at an ops place that I've been trying to get, but he knows the rarity too. I've been unable to make any reasonable deal with him. He wants $3k for an unrestored non-working game, which is why it's still sitting in his warehouse.

I have a nice Varkon in my showroom now...electronics refurbished...looks great...one small piece of corner playfield plastic is not there, and bezel is replaced with a Joust...its $2900. Todd from TNT Amusements
