Have a bid tapper with some issues. Happy to explain them with videos and pics. Please contact me with someone you know who works on MCR PCBs. Thanks.

Thanks. Unfortunately he was unable to repair mine fully after two tries. Anyone know of any other help I can contact?

Thanks!

in my defense, it was working fully when it left my place both times.
First time i repaired it. Second time i took the plates loose, and it broke the short that the plates were causing.
Put it back together and it was working fine. When it got back to his place, it wasn't working again. I explained to him to loosen the plates, center them up and try it. I don't think he ever did. I eventually refunded the full price.

Good luck.

arcadegarage, you must be a goofball. if cdjump is giving you advice take it. You need to be aware that you are most likely the problem here, and finding someone else to mess with your board isn't going to change that.

Next time don't beat around the bush. ;)

Looking for a MCR Repairman

Hey fellas,

I'm not placing blame on anyone. I paid chris to work on the pcb...unfortunately it wasn't able to be fixed then. If I felt like I could work on it at all I wouldn't have paid someone else to fix it. MCR boards are tough for me and I don't know much about them. Chris did refund my money and I appreciated it. We parted ways amicably.

I'm simply looking for someone who is willing to work on the board and fix it so that I can hook it up and play. If you know anyone please send them my way. Thanks.

i got a bud tapper that i fixed here... fire it up, and random sprites... and it did this after i fired up to show the customer its fixed :(... just need to finish fixing it.

If Chris can't fix em nobody can IMO....

Get the MCR replacement kit. For someone like you..its the best option. Just plug-n-play.
