Looking to get my minty fresh painted Ms Pac cab moved from DPtwiz's place to the Twin Cities metro area.

Specifically, Bradner, Ohio to Osceola, WI.

Speedee would have been my first choice, but they don't service the Ohio area. NO WAY I'm using NAVL, FedEx freight, or UPS. To hell with them. If I need a cabinet destroyed, I'll call them.

Ideally, I'd like to catch someone moving between here and there who can transport my cab. I'd make it worth your time, effort, and gas, no doubt. This is a ground up stenciled Ms Pac cab that will be the basis for a minty restoration of quite possibly the ONLY perfect cab I will ever own. Needless to say I'll be touchy about the treatment of the cabinet's handling.

I'll take the 3 PTO days and drive down and get it if I have to, but I figured I'd put this out there.

The timeline is loose on this - the cab will be done in about a month or so.

I can also work with getting the cab moved to the Milwaukee / Madison area too. I have a sister there who could bring it back for me.

Shoot me a PM if you think you can assist. Thanks!

Bump...and an update to this thread.

I have two interested parties in getting cabs moved besides my own.

If I can get at least two others on the list to get cabs moved, we'll have enough to make the trip worth taking.

Ideally, I'd take 2 PTO days off work. I'd drive down on Day 1, load cabs, and drive back on Day 2.

Gas will be around $400. (1400 miles round trip @ 15 mpg x $4.00/gal)
Hotel and food should be around $100 or so.

I wouldn't charge anything for my time, but would like to at least cover fuel and 1 night's lodging to make the trip.

4 cabs: $150 each.
5 cabs: $125 each.
6 cabs: $100 each.

You get the idea.

Brad... in your calculations, don't forget tolls (I made this trip 2x in the last 18 months and tolls were about $100 when towing a trailer)

and $4.00 a gallon? Uhhh, no.
I took this picture, mid-March, in the greater Chicago area...
