Walter Day Celebration and SoCal Arcade Party Saturday August 30, 2025 5pm until Midnight

Received feedback persons are receiving a "Pending Fulfillment" message after signing up and purchasing a ticket..

The person handling ticketing said he would send details the week of the event. Smh. I've requested he send details immediately.

New visitors to Coin Detected please send me a PM and I will respond with the venue address and recommended parking map.

Thanks!

How many people are attending Tom?
At this point, I'm not sure. Ed Cunningham the Director of Arcade and love songs is handling the ticket sales so I get updates from him.

I believe we're around 45 paid + my wife has invited 6 to 8 of her friends.

I believe it is highly likely some are waiting until the day of the event to purchase, so anticipate the numbers to go up.

We initially set a limit of 100 but I think I'm going to request to scale that down to 70 or so.

Ed Cunningham just provided an update, attendance is up to 60 people not including the eight friends my wife invited. So we are getting near capacity.

Michael Klug, Pole Position WR holder is confirmed to be in attendance all the way from Phoenix AZ :)

Event was a success. Approximately100 attendees ended up extending past midnight.. Outdoor movie screening went well. Lots of happy people is the feedback I received. Walter expressed his desire to return and perhaps make an annual event.

Old School Gamer Magazine contributor Brian Chansy was also in attendance and posted the instagram in the post above. He'd like to return for a personalized tour soon.

If interested, some members commented on the experience and I posted pix here on my gameroom build thread here:
