Wacko Repro Artwork, any interest?

I'd be happy just to find a Wacko around me. Even when I lived in Cleveland I never found one.

For now, this is just a general interst post. My machine would become the guinea pig for artwork removal/scanning etc. but this is going to take several months to accomplish. No need to question the method of reproduction, if i'm going through all this work to restore my game, rest assured that the printing method will be an approved one.

I've spent hours peeling, swearing and disassembling my cabinet to get these three pieces off. This cabinet and spy hunter are at the top of my list as the poorest constructed. This Wacko machine is heavy as hell and why they made it out the mdf and particle board is beyond me. This is as far as i'm going with a resto for the year as the next step will require a complete disassembly of the cabinet. The bracing that holds this thing together is so poor i'm surprised it even stayed together all these years.

Be patient everyone and next year may bring repro's of the kickplate and what you see here.

but chris you are missing the ink! bald with a head full of ink helps that alot.

im not speaking from first hand experience im just waiting for the effects to kick in

Never had a wacko but this is cool, how did you get that sideart off in one piece like that?

Chris is the master at pulling art off in one piece!

Just to update
all of the pieces previously posted have been scanned
in 1 high rez pass and here N'Q at TOG.

Also adding to the mix a repro marquee from the ORIGINAL Films
and mostly likley will be done on glass to match the bezel.
Most of the plex marquees I have seen have faded especially when compared
to the films Pantone PMS specs.

Theres still alot of projects ahead of this one
but hopefully we see some "good quaility" repro stuff this year!
So stay tooned.
