Is there a dip switch setting for the attract mode on a Wacko? Mine is making noise in the attract mode and I want to switch it off but cant find the settings.
Thanks

you could install one of the freeplay wacko roms I have and it takes care of that. The attract sounds go to about 10% of normal. (at least on my machine)

Unless you add a credit while in freeplay. Then the sounds return, which I actually prefer.

So the attract sound is constant? It is there and no way to turn it off?
Thinking I need a chip!

If you are referring to the freeplay rom, shoot me a pm with shipping info.

Isn't the setting to turn off the attact mode sounds in the on screen settings?

I did not know about the attract mode until you mentioned this. My wacko does not have this set on. I do like it when some of my games make sounds while sitting there. Never looked into the settings for this in my games.

How do you get into the on screen settings for this game....is there a switch inside the coin door I missed?

Yea, there is a test switch inside the coin door next to the red credit button. Flip the switch and press the slam switch to reset or power on and off the game.

Speaking of Wacko, are there different revisions of the boards with different graphics? I tested someone else's board for them last night and nnoticed that the cave in the background looked totally different than mine. Mine is just a small, simple affair while his was much larger and more detailed. The colors were different as well. Only difference that I know of was that I had the freeplay rom installed.

Just checked my machine and there isn't an on screen option for this. Sorry.
