Hey nintendo guru's, can anyone confirm that this statement below is correct. It would explain why I have had difficulties with only one set of roms in the board.

Technical Info:
Since this is a Vs. DualSystem title, in order for the game to work, both sides of the motherboard must be populated with identical ROMs, PPUs and CPUs.

I am trying to get vs. tennis to work in a single vs. system. Is it possible with 2 sets of roms?

I have only ever tried to play Vs. Tennis in my Red Tent, which is obviously a dual set-up. The motherboard is the same, but yes you need both sides populated for the game to work. I have never tried to stick it a unisystem cab though, is that what you are asking? Will you be able to play '1 side' while the other side's video just isn't broadcast? Interesting concept. If true, You would be able to play 1 pyr vs. the computer only I would think.
