I tried to sell my Vs. SMB board recently and had zero takers. Guys don't want to pay this much anymore. Especially when they know they can just get the chipset burned if they have the right PPU. But like yours, mine is an original boardset which carries more value IMO. Good luck with the sale though. Apparently, I had none such luck. :)

I'd pick it up if...
1) I actually had any spare cash right now
and
2) if the game wasn't already on my Gamebox 450-1 cab. I'm not sure why they didn't include more Vs. games in this setup but I still can't complain. If they had I probably wouldn't have been able to justify picking up a Red Tent for myself.

That said... anything you're looking for in trade?

grains of salt for everyone!

Well, speaking as a new VS. shopper....

#) Hard to justify costs in general, Mario specifically. When considering the low price of cabs and abundance/common nature of Vs. SMB in particular.

#) Pictures. Pictures? Pictures! They speak volumes. People want to virtually "handle" prospective purchases online. And when it comes to pcb's - IC legs get dirty and corrode - clean and/or shiny IC legs inspire buyer confidence. (obviously not aimed at OP)

#) Feedback! (This one is for you, OKEH :p) Make sure you have it, and it's all good. Having lots of "for sale" threads with no apparent satisfied buyers; or worse, discontent buyers spouting off, are major red flags. Note : A good way to encourage feedback is by LEAVING IT for others when you make a transaction.

Hope this helps everyone hawk their wares more efficiently, and please don't take it personal - I'm sort of a blunt prick, I know. And... FREE BUMP ;)

I was not aware that you could burn them. This is my first venture into Nintendo Land...
I can do $75 shipped but that is as low as I will go
Thankx for the heads up!

Well, you can burn the roms but not the PPU ( the chip with the heatsink ). I think you are in a better place at $75. Not unreasonable, but i was getting hesitant people buying a double fully populated board at $110 shipped. And i would burn whatever game they wanted on it that matched their PPU!

Getting out of nintendo land? :)

Good luck with your sale!! Bump for the morning croud!
