Vs Super Mario Bros high score save and freeplay attract

Just found this... very cool. Need to get one. Is there a list of vs games you can get HSS for?
I've done SMB, ExciteBike, and Duck Hunt.
One limitation with these is that you can only have one score-saving game on the PCB if you are running a Dualsystem (both sides of the PCB populated). And on a Unisystem (if you don't have the other side populated), you must have a "dummy" CPU in the other side (or the jumper wire equivalent).
It is possible to have multiple score-saving games on the same PCB if you use something like the MultiVs Lite, as I've written them all to work nicely together (they all use separate sections of the CMOS RAM, so they don't step on each other).

Ah very cool. Any plans to do one for Goonies? :)

I see you have a Crazy Kong HSS. Will need to grab that as well.

I have all three of Matt's HSS kits on my dedicated VS boards and they are FANTASTIC! A must have for everyone.

I haven't done any of the daughtercard games. I do own Goonies and Dr Mario. I started working on Dr Mario but never finished it.
My plan was to do score saves for 8 of the regular games and put that out as a "game pak" for MultiVs kits. Looks like the MultiVs kit may no longer be available, so maybe I'll have to design something similar. Having trouble settling on which 8 games to do.... Feel free to throw out suggestions.

You still selling that eeprom? Would love to have it in my vs super Mario bros system! Also what eeprom burner would you personally recommend? I plan to buy one to start burning them eventually.

Really man. $15 in 2011. And you expect it to be the same. lol
No. I was asking which price he was going with. Here it says 15. Other site says 21. Didn't know if 15$ was a deal for users here or if it was just updated on his site and not reflected in the original post here. Hence my confusion and why I asked.

The original post is too old... I'm not allowed to edit it. The price has gone up due to cost increases in shipping and quality EPROMs. I will still honor the original $15 price if you show up at my doorstep to pick it up. :D Actually, if you show up with good beer you're likely to walk out with one for free. :beerchug:

Thank you on the helpful info on why price wasn't adjusted in the OP and why it showed differently on your site compared to here! It's greatly appreciated! Now that the confusion is out of the way entirely on that matter lol, I'll be hitting you up next Wednesday on payday! Cheers!

Edit: for anybody reading these comments that get confused by this convo. Original post had a old price for a premade flashed eprom chip, the Original post has now been edited and changed to reflect the newer prices that were posted on OPs direct website. :)

Man does this thread bring back some good memories. Miss my red tent, but not endless nights of burning eproms and testing! So many sets sent out... so many hours looking at the Vs code to figure out the color pallets. Thanks again for catching my Cape error on Mighty Bomb Jack!

I know this thread started over a decade ago, but I came across it like many people have in search for a kit for their game. Do you have any interest in finishing your Dr. Mario project that you started? I'll try and stir up the donation pool again :) I'll prob make a donation either way just because this is cool and interesting work.

Dr Mario is my wife's favorite game, so I really should finish it! :D
Haven't had time to work on any score saves lately... but when I do find time, Dr Mario will get some attention.
