*Buyers beware*
I paid for a repro SC-01 as well as a tester w/ Arduino back on 12/07/23 and while I understood it was still in the development phase I was happy to wait. @Scott Savage came on a Zoom meeting with some friends that are members here, I could tell he was very passionate about speech chips and knew what he was doing but he's very hard to get ahold of and doesn't follow through with commitments he makes.
We've exchanged many emails over the years but communication started to become very difficult with him not responding for very long periods of time, I finally emailed him at another address that he had provided initially and he responded that he'd be shipping my order that Monday 10/27/25. Since then there has been no updates from him whatsoever, I've tried emailing him to both of his addresses from different emails I have and no response.
What's the most upsetting is I had hoped to surprise my daughter by creating a project she can put together for show and tell at school using the reproduction chip which is quickly approaching.

so 2 weeks has passed by without getting your package? i think its a bit early to to *buyers beware* him on klov. i don't know this guy myself but i go a week or 2 without checking my email all the time.

He's been giving me the run around for over a year. That last email from him was after I'd been trying to reach him for months and he wouldn't respond to any messages.
Hopefully he makes good on his end and I will post here, Just trying to look out for others on here.

I really appreciate it but I don't have any games that use it so I'd hate to use an original. I was just hoping to do a fun project with my daughter and wanted to let others know here how my experience has been, I've got some other plans for now though.

He'd been selling them on ebay for months; I bought mine back in March. Since the OP backed him in 2023, he should have received his long ago.
