That cab looks nice, is that a repro bezel? I've never seen one that wasn't faded away.

The sad part, out of all the people on that bezel I think only two of them are still alive. :(

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I can't help but notice that 4 out of 9 of the folks on the bezel are dead now.. Elizabeth Hulette, Andre the Giant, Big Boss Man, Randy Savage. Crazy..

There are more than 4.

Ok, I scraped a bit of the black paint off and it's yellow and red underneath. That's definately Stargate. We're loading it up in the morning and headed back to Memphis :D. Can't wait to turn this back to what it used to be!

Alright, I just started stripping the WWF parts out. I'll have some pics up when I get home.

*edit*
I'm kind of upset that the cardboard bezel is chopped up. Oh well, it was free. We're in the middle of building that Stargate scratch-build, too. Maybe I'll ditch the WWF game and go for a MultiWilliams. So many options.

Oh, and Stargate uses a plactic monitor bezel under the glass or plastic outer one.

Some have glass and some have plastic bezels with the artwork.

I have both if you need one. Glass would be tough to ship though..

Thanks for the offer on the bezel. I do have an original glass one that will need a lot of work. I may hit you up later on.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement key for the top door lock?

This WWF machine powers on, but there's a garbled mess on the screen. I took out the PCB and resat all the chips/connectors to no avail. He said I can have it!
it doesn't seem in bad shape at all. Any ideas on what would fix this thing? It has an aftermarket power supply and it's not original.

LOL... Try adjusting the sync on the monitor? Can't believe you woundn't try that first.

It's a Kortek KT-1420A monitor. You can see the tell-tale KI-2-VO on the board. These were sold under a million names, I'm even relatively certain that I saw a clone or two (maybe official? under a different brand name?)...

The BEST source of information is Ken Layton's awesome repair guide for these monitors. Apparently there are a few versions of this monitor, and Ken tries to lay it all out...

thanks a lot. I've never heard of this type of monitor. I guess I'll have to put it into my scratch-build cab since it's all I got besides the K4600 going into the stargate when I get it done.

i love that monitor. Components laid out nicely, simple, nice.

I agree, I love the board layout. Everything is right up front... Sync is switchable. Nice all around.

I've got two that are completely dead, I'm pretty sure it's the diodes in the first section of the power supply circuit. Finally got the parts, haven't gotten back to working on them to see. :)
