Virtual clock with arcade themes

Anyone else seen this virtual clock?

it's done with "Persistence of Vision" - is programmable and even can display text of your choice (like "welcome to the arcade" and stuff like that). it even has "arcade-like" modes. Check out this youtube video of it;

at 1:42 is starts an arcade like shooting scene and at 1:53 it starts a (ms) pac-man scene

I'm seriously thinking about getting one for my gameroom. They sell for ~$100. There is a local guy on CL selling one used for $60 (that's how i found out about this thing) but I don't know yet if his is a new or old model (don't know if it does all the cool stuff yet).
 
I think they are cool too! I have heard that when you power them on sometime the motors or fans can be noisy so it bugs people who have put them up in their office or something like that, but in an arcade or gameroom setting i don't think it would be noticeable with games turned on. I'd bite on the $60 one for sure if it was working all the way.

Turns out this $60 one is from a different maker - Chrono-Art. Still looks cool just not sure I want it:
