I'm looking at getting virtua cop PCB to add to an existing cab without a mirror.

All of the virtua cop cabs I've seen (which isn't many) have a mirror.

I don't see anyway to flip the video in the manual's listed settings.

Does anyone know if this can be flipped to work on a non-mirrored cab in the setting/dip switch?

If my only choice is cutting/flipping the yoke, does that flip/mirror the image all by itself?

Thanks!

First thing I'd do is fire up MAME and check the for service menu setting, but I doubt it -- virtua cop was never a kit and always intended for a mirror cabinet.

Reversing both sets of yoke wires is probably your path.

Cut along dotted line and then reinsert with red/blue flipped and yellow/green flipped.

Any chance anyone knows what the part number for well's yoke header? So, I could create a yoke flip switch. (It is easy to find sellers selling replacement yoke connectors, but not the header.)

As an update: I ended up getting virtua cop 1.

The screen is NOT flipped/mirrored.

The yoke on the mirrored monitor must be doing the flipping.

I still got the stuff (unused) for a yoke flip switch when the need comes along.
