I had a Virtua Cop 2 with a blown Makvision chassis. The anode lead
was leaning against one of the vertical coil terminals on the yoke. Eventually the
lead melted and long story short the board has a hole burned through it and
half the components are blown.
Anyway, I installed a K7500 today and while the install went well, the guns
wouldn't track.
I remembered the K7400 and U2000 mod for Time Crisis and apparently you
have to do the same thing with this chassis: Replace R700 with a 4.7K 1/4 ohm
resistor. After that the guns worked perfect.
Hope this helps someone in the future. I don't know if this was ever posted
but I couldn't find anything while I was searching.
