Hey all. I've been using a lot of polycarb laminates for my restores and honestly, the feeling of the polycarb on the control panel is second to none. Though just about everyone who sells polycarb says to not use a heat gun to stretch the edges over the sides of the wood, and for certain games this can be problematic. This is the upside I like to vinyl; though it doesn't feel quite as solid as the polycarb, you can use a heat gun and stretch it under the t-molding to make a smooth fit. But I've been in the hobby for less than a year so I wanna hear what everyone's secrets with using art + restoration is.

Lexan(Polycarbonate Plastic) can be shaped using a heat gun for sure, infact it's just about the only way to do so as cold forming will more often than not cause it to snap.
