Vintage Computers in Original Packaging (Philly, PA)

Updated 3/20/2011 with latest info...

I have the following vintage consoles/ computers in original boxes, even in some cases the original inside packaging as well!! I believe these to work but I can check them out before shipping just to verify. I really don't have the time right now to yank them all out and test. The boxed ones may have extra flyers and original manuals that will be included with them.

(1) Radio Shack "Electronic Scoreboard" PONG ($10 shipped)
(1) Complete Intellivision Kit w/games and pleather cover (you should see the case!)
(1) Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer 2 in original box (box is in fair shape)
(3) Texas Instruments TI-99/4a (one beige) in original boxes (boxes in good shape)
(SOLD) Atari 400 Computer in original box (Box I think is in ok/good shape)
(1) Original Apple II computer w/2 disk drives, monitor, and extras (no box)
(1) Atari 800 Computer w/Atari 810 Floppy Disk Drive, the connector cable, and power supplies, a frogger cartridge and NIB "home organizer" software (no box)
(SOLD) Maganox Odyssey Console (pong) in original box (box in good shape)

Make a fair offer for these - I know I'm not going get rich just want them to get to good homes - I need to get rid of my storage uinit ASAP. The Apple is worth a few bucks but I'll give someone a deal on it.

SHIPPING/BOXES - I do have to find some boxes, the ones I had were smaller than I thought. All I ask on this stuff is to make it worth boxing and taking to the post office - I'd imagine shipping to run between $15-25 for most of these.

I might be interested in a TI99/4a if the (other?) one is silver/metal cased and works.

The 99's port of DK kicks Atari's versions square in the nuts and then mushroom tattoo's their faces :D

Replying to PMs, which with the 60 second rule may take about 10 years. I'll also edit the original post - the Atari 800 is indeed an 800 w/ an 810 floppy disk drive.

iirc 400 had the membrane and the 800 had a real keyboard and more cartridge slots

i miss my 400 :(

That is correct, but there were upgrade kits for the 400 that came out to put real keys on them. I had a membrane one as my first computer.

Turns out the 400 in box I have has the regular keyboard, but someone may be interested in it.

Posting pic of the 800 w/drive here...any of these will be cleaned up before shipping, and I think this is only dusty because its the only thing not in a box.

Adding a Timex Sinclair 1000, another Radio Shack PONG (with gun), and I think a full Intellivision Kit with covers and all.

Going to try go zip through everything and make sure it all powers up later tonight between loads of laundry lol. What a hectic Sunday!

Just a quick update - I started to clean these up but I haven't had a chance to test yet, things just keep coming up and I can't catch a break, but hopefully tonight I'll go through and test everything.

Sinclair was sold.

Still trying to get my act together...life getting in the way GRRR. Those that contacted me I still have your info and will get back to you as soon as I can.

Just a quick update - I haven't reponded to PMs yet but here's what I tested tonight...

All 4 TI-99's - all 4 powered up and more or less worked, but the two beige ones were perfect (and in great shape) while the two silver ones had keyboard issues. One just had a hit-or-miss spacebar and the other was registering multiple keys on most keys - prob a logic problem. I think the Silver ones are prob gonna be parts units or scrapped. I don't have power supplies for them either, so at this point I have 2 fully working TI Kits in boxes, both beige.

I also tested the Coco 2 - it is in MINT (see: perfect) condition despite the box being beat. Its in the original bag in the original foam. It worked fine as well. (I'm gonna miss that one).

Since I didn't get home from work until nearly 8:30pm thats all I could do tonight before burning out. I'll try to test the Atari stuff tomm.

Sell me the Coco2.

Not trying to crap on your thread, but someone asked about one of the TI-99/4a speifically to play Donkey Kong.

The later model beige TI's will not play Atarisoft games. If the boot screen shows a copyright of 1983 then it has the v.2.2 rom and will not play aftermarket carts, including the games made by Atarisoft.

If it shows a 1981 copyright date then it is stil using the older rom and will play all of the games.
