I have a D9200 the one I have been working on that on the test generator looks fine, but when connected to a game CGA the bright whites and blacks streak and tear across on the screen. If I connect it to a cga or vga computer I don;t have the problem. Since all the electronics is the same once past the input board, I am guessing it is just the chassis has a problem with higher level video ( I haven;t scoped it but know other monitors display fine with this game boards output)

Is the black/white tearing streaking a cap issue or what should go after and would video level effect this? Thanks again for everyone's help.

And you've tried adjusting the contrast and brightness with no effect? Have you done a Factory Memory Reset? A cap kit MIGHT be needed. The chassis processes the different resolution in different ways, so one working resolution doesn't mean all working resolutions. I've seen them where they will work fine with CGA but not VGA, and vice versa. Normally that's a memory reset, but not always...
