Video of my arcade in the basement of the aparment building I live in.

Hey Sonny, perhaps you've already answered this question. What are those cabs? Did you make them yourself? I like 'em. Good for space saving, but get the job done.

It hasn't been really asked jet and it's a very good question.

Those are JHV Royal Video cabinets, These are the midd size.
These were build by JVH Gaming in the Netherlands, they were everywhere and I have fond memories of this and the larger model.

The way these cabs are build is quite good and solid imo, there are like strong wheels integrated on the back so that when you tilt it a bit you can move it with ease.
They are also not really heavy, so easy to move.
All buttons are illuminated , it is a drawer type for easy acces to the PCB and cp.
Looks a bit like the Taito Double dragon cabinet which also was a drawer type but Shinobi was a similar drawer type here in europe.

Ussually these never have any art so to make it have a marquee and themed bezel one needs to have plexiglass cut to size and thickness of the original glass.
You need two peices of the plexi that will be the thickness of the original glass and then sandwich the art in between.

This the one that is now Golden Axe, This is what it looks like before the resto.

BIG downside to the cabs design is the steel Control Panel which rusts, so I had it completely sandblasted and primered before I installed the CPO.

As you can see in the pics, once you open the drawer you can acces: Board, volume controll, credit function etc., screen adjustments.
