Heres a short video of the Wreck It Ralph promotional area featuring 6 Fix It Felix Jr cabinets. There were 2 more cabinets located around the building as well making a total of 8! Conditions varied game to game. A few monitors had some some bad convergence issues and some tubes had weak guns but a few looked good. It was my first time playing the "official" game and I must say its quite fun! I found it was odd that there was really no need to use the "Jump" button at all. Simply double tapping the stick would make him move window to window. Maybe they changed it to make it easier?

I took footage of every arcade game there which is about 20+ mins but its going to take a really long time to upload. It will be up some day soon, heres Fix It Felix for now.

I would have checked out the tag on the back of the machine :)

Just wondering what the cases were before. Likely Donkey Kong.

Thanks so much for uploading!! I played those same FIFJr machines and I have to say that the controls varied greatly from cabinet to cabinet. Some of them were very unresponsive and others were perfect. Also I noticed that game was slow in some spots, as if the CPU couldn't handle the physics for all the bricks on-screen or something; it was bizarre. Besides that, it was lots of fun!!

I can't tell if they used original DK machines or not, to be honest. The CPs are definitely brand new though. In fact, I talked with an associate from Mike's Arcade and he told me that the people that Disney commissioned to build the FIFJr machines actually bought their supplies from Mike's Arcade so those very well could've been repro joysticks and the buttons definitely felt brand new.

They also had Asahi-Seiko coin doors and mechs, which I thought was interesting.

Yes, I found it much easier to use the joystick to jump. However I heard that in later levels (like level 6 and up, I believe), there's a boulder that blocks the pathway in between the sides of the windows and you have to push the joystick and tap the jump button at the same time to get over them. I guess they did that since the joystick is 4-way.

I like the attention to detail on those. Obviously the cabs are old DK cabs, but they added stress marks, cig burns and worn/torn side art to give them the appearance of being vintage. I hope the attraction stays up a while. I know we want to go back to Disney in the next couple years.
