I have what I believe is a nos Vision Pro SVGA MTG-2902SN. The monitor manual says it accepts 31KHz 640x480. So I tried to hook my naomi up to it. It worked with a decent picture but there were some geometry issues I was trying to adjust it but not having much luck. So I decided to unplug it for the night. That is when I noticed the vga cable had gotten very hot. I decided to try with another heaver gauge cable and it did the same thing. Any ideas what is causing this. The naomi works fine with another cabinet so Im assuming the issue is with the monitor. I have never heard of a video cable heating up.
