Video Action II (URL) - Need Help Identifying Chips

I recently purchased a Video Action II PCB off Ebay that was made by Universal Research Labs in 1975. It was delivered today and it has a four chips missing and I was hoping someone could save me the time needed to compare the schematics from other Pong clones to work out what they possibly are.

This is a pic of my PCB, apart from the missing chips, there are also a couple of chips partially removed by someone who had no clue what they were doing which will need replacing and there's a couple of lifted tracks and pads that will also require cleaning up.

I've documented the PCB layout and noted the chips and their locations and started on the pinout in MS Excel and converted it to JPEG and PDF files as well, see link below.

If anyone has one of these PCB's (or high quality close up pics) or a cabinet, I'd like to know what the chips are that are highlighted in red in the image above and any assistance with the pinout would be greatly appreciated.
This board still has a fighting chance of being brought back to life but without the info requested above it will take considerable time.

Still chasing some info on this.
I believe David Winter of pong-story.com had one.
I've sent him an email but I'm not sure if the email on the website is still active.
Surely there has to be more than 2 of these left.

Did you try contacting this guy (Carl)?
His post was from 2013, but he might still check replies. holodeck2arcade.blogspot.com/2013/06/rules-of-acquisition-video-action-by.html

Not a VAII but the board looks real close... (looks like you're missing a large cap, too)

Thanks for the reply, I managed to get hold of David Winter and he's going to see if he can get me some images of the PCB and confirm what the missing chips are.

Looking at the layout I'm guessing that E1 is a 74153.

If no luck I'll chase down Carl.

David from pong-story.com got in contact with me and kindly had a look at his board for me and filled in the missing pieces.
