vga to rgb converter for my mame cab (lots of pics)

Hey y'all.

Got this part in the mail the other day from china. It's a vga to rgb converter board.

It's almost the same as this one in this video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jbd2Syr4yw but with a few minor differences (for instance mine doesn't have a switch for pal or ntsc, I think it's in the menu but I haven't even turned it on yet.

On this board, there is a rgb connection on the input side of the board (right behind the vga input) and on the output side of the board there is one more rgb connection (right next to the vga pass through connection) but this one looks nothing like a regular rgb connection. Does anyone know the part I need to find to use this board?

Here's some pics of the board and the wires that came with it. On this picture, the input side is on the bottom of the board (side with the yellow) and the output side is the side with the vga and the white connecter, and the power supply is in the righthand corner. edit: the diagarm in the manul lists the rgb output as a 12 pin vga output. It lists the rgb on the input side as 8 pins (rgbs) input

Here's a closeup of the board, this time with the rgb cord that came with it plugged into the input side, and the unknown (at least to me) wire connected behind it. You can also see the rgb out on the far side of the picture, right next to the vga pass through.

The power works the same way in the video, there's a 5 volt input on the output side next to a plug (which i'd have to wire myself obviously).

Well, I hope you guys can help, I really want to get all this put together for a party my house is throwing at the end of the month.

edit:
is it possible that the board is actually flipped around and that the directions that came with it are wrong?
just found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tl6AFolVO4U&feature=related

I think I got the reverse of what I need :(
edit: Yup I got the reverse of what I needed. Damn.

I haven't read the specs in detail, but based on the product descrip I concur. I used a standard VGA card and a 15khz driver (DOS) through a j-paq to drive the arcade monitor in my mame machine. Works great. If you're in windows, there are other alternatives including Soft15khz and the ArcadeVGA card.

Interested in selling it? How much?
