I have a vertical tag team wrestling game that has a icade 60 in 1. I am looking change it up and add some horizontal games within my unit. What I would like to know is if there is a simple way to mount something in the monitor cache to give me the ability rotate my monitor (without discharging, unscrewing the monitor) to go from horizontal to vertical. I've looked and looked and found no answer to my question.

No you can't. There is no way to have a horizontal game play on a vertical monitor and be rotated to display horizontally without turn the entire tube.

And as I've seen this game in person, you'd first have to find out if the monitor will mount in there horizontally.

This is a good excuse for talking the wife into having a second game in there, so you can have one vertical and one horizontal...

What I mean is to be able to rotate the monitor. Create a harness that will allow me to open the back of the game, and turn the monitor Horizontal when is needed and then back to vertical the same way...

You have to find out if your cab has space for the monitor to rotate, then whether it will bolt in that way. if so, then you need to do nothing else. All the wiring to the monitor will stay the same. the image is horizontal or vertical due to the game pcb program, so all you have to do is physically change the orientation of the tube...

Some cabs are made to be switchable, but you have to pull the monitor from the front with 4 bolts, then switch it around. Mine is a Data East cab, had Heavy Barrel or similar game in it before I bought it.

If you want to get really creative, there are examples out there of monitors that rotate themselves....
