Saw a Zektor posted not long ago.
Unless you are a DOS jedi and have an ancient box with serial ports I would suggest a USB DVG anyway.

I could use a real VectorVGA Adaptor thanks anyway.
There are several of them on eBay right now. Bloom must finally be off that rose.

That VectorVGA was certainly the easiest method to get a vector game playing on an lcd but what exactly are you working with for machine/screen combo?
There are a number of cool things that could be used possibly.
