Here's what I tried/know works at this point:
- The start button works, as I can get it in test mode.
- The coin mechs will flip the coin counter when trigger.
- Per the manual, I ohmed out the coin mechs; they tested fine.
- I checked continuity from the small molex that passes into the soundboard (which is all the control panel/coin inputs) into the ccpu via the small ribbon cable. Everything is getting to the ccpu.
So, my assumption at this point is it's either a faulty A4 or F2 like the manual suggests. I'm fairly sure it's not the coin mechs or wiring, given everything seems to have tested fine around those. Also, it's not coining up and showing the game time, it just stays on the attract screen. Hopefully it's nothing horrible to fix, just gotta nail down where it's going wrong.
